Spectacular "Christmas Eve"
At 20:00 on December 24 the Christmas Eve, in the company office hall, Mr. Zhang Heting, the General Manager and more than 40 workers participated in National Prestige Enterprise Culture Innovative Project Starting & Training Meeting. Dr. Yang Keming, the Project Expert we invited gave a theme training on project starting. Through this training, we understand the content, intention and purpose of the project, on the other hand, through the adoption of new ideas, most employees were shocked in their mind and enhanced their confidence in the development of the company.
Zhang Heting, the General Manager summarized the meeting and made three requests to us. One is the healthy personality, the second is the professional work and the third is the standardized management.
This meeting is not only a mobilization, but also a study and in a sense, it units the thinking of the employees and lays the ideological foundation for the further construction and of enterprise culture and managements innovation.
Enterprise culture is the idea and conduction of the enterprise while its core is the value system that guides and instructs the action of the employees. Enterprise culture is embodied in the enterprise management level, work atmosphere, corporate image as well as the attitudes and behavior of the staff. Idea brings action and action brings result. Every outstanding enterprise has its own outstanding culture. From a long-term view, the nature of the competition between the enterprises is the competition of the enterprise culture.
Through the united work of all the staff in more than half a year, we have successfully conducted equipment transformation, and thus become a major domestic high-grade filters paper supplier. Our goal is to create top brand in high-grade filter paper products in China and to produce top quality filter papers in China. Though there are still some problems in the equipment operation, this situation has gradually improved with our constant effort and accumulated experiences.
Concept brings action and action brings result.
A sociologist asked three busy bricklayers: "What are you doing? " The fist one answered: "I am laying bricks. ". The third one answered: "I am building the most beautiful church. ". Ten years later, the sociologist found the three people and found that there were great changes with the three people. The first one was still a bricklayer while the third one became a construction engineer.
What leads to their different results? -- Concept. As the saying goes, the world will change with the change of the concept and the situation remains the same with the same concept. Because of the different concepts, people will have different goals, different work attitude, different standards, different degrees of effort and naturally they will have different outcome. First bricklayer lay the brick without a goal, he cannot feel the happiness in work and even think work a kind of burden; while the third bricklayer combine his work into the whole building, face the simple and even monotonous work of laying bricks positively and do his work excellently. So, he can get chances of promotion, enhance his own capability constantly and gradually realize his value of life.
In fact, the work we do everyday is just like laying bricks. Most people in most cases are doing something simple, something specific, some monotonous things and even dull and trivial. But this work, this is life and this is the base for great achievements. Zhang Ruimin, the president of Haier once said: "He is not simple, he is great if he can do it good repeating his simple and dull work millions of times. " . I hope that every member of National Prestige to become the third one.
