In the afternoon of Jan. 14, the training on OEC management implementation was held in the company office. Zhang Heting, the general manager and more than 40 employees attended the training. The content mainly covers the establishment of the goal system in OEC management system. Since last December the company launched OEC management, the ideas of the staff have greatly changed, especially the productive managers and frontline staff. They changed from passive work to positive work. Their everyday meeting has become a problem analysis meeting. Li Yuegang, Jin Tieqiang, Wei Xiaoyong and some other employees work hard to solve the problem occurred during production. The meetings before work and after work become a class for us to unite our idea and to learn and summarize the work experiences. We also see that through the implementation of 6S site management, the workshops have become clear and clean. The good news is that, the recurring problem of cut paper in the past has gradually become less with our joint effort. Outstanding products are to be made by the outstanding people. Now the concept of " to improve a little every day"; has been well received by the staff. Everyone shoulders a target. All the National Prestige people have seen heir progress through implementing OEC management and can see clearly the direction of their future efforts.

Goal - The Guide of Action

Through the twice study, I believe everyone in National Prestige has experienced a mental shock! Look at the past, we work everyday at the same process with no vigor and no goal. I realize now what a terrible thing it was. Like"three monks", without innovation and target, we would ultimately be eliminated by the society. If an enterprise has no objective, how come it can survive and can develop? Of course, the survival and development of enterprises cannot reply on the target, it needs a corresponding management systems and enterprise culture. Currently, our company has not so perfect soft and hard environment in the short period hereafter, we should proceed from reality, set a target for our own life and work and become responsible for every step of ourselves. Do not try to find excuse but to find to solution and explore every means to implement. I believe that our future is bright with the constant improvement of the soft and hard conditions of our company! The future of our enterprise is also bright! Quality is Life of the Enterprise

With a goal, we can have a enriching life. That is the same for both a person and an enterprise. National Prestige has a goal:" to produce quality products and to build famous brand". For this goal, everyone of us should be careful about the quality control and would never allow unqualified products going out of our factory. Consumers rely on brand names because they really want to buy quality products. The profit of brand owners is actually a return for its improved quality. We need also innovation, as innovation is the Magic for the competitiveness of enterprises. It can also enhance products quality and reduce the cost at the same time. Innovation will create better products, will win the market and the confidence.
The learning of OEC has greatly improved my thinking. We finish our daily work everyday and try to improve ourselves everyday. Every matter is attended to and every person is responsible. The Future of National Prestige Will Be Brighter

Since the introduction of OEC management, a marked change has come in the company and the overall quality of the staff has also been gradually upgraded. Most apparently, the staff has now a strong sense of time. In the past, some employees arrived late and left earlier, they even attended to their private affairs at working time. Now this has greatly changed. We have now a clear timing for work, rest and meetings. We arrive at 7: 45 in the morning to have meetings before work, the two team shifts 10 minutes later and the group quitting at 8 o'clock summarizes after work. No phenomenon of being late any more.

Secondly, it is the tiding up of the environment. In the past there were two processes that seemed difficult to be cleaned. Since 6S work starting, the cleanness comes beyond the imagination of the employees. The site is clean, the material tidily arranged. It gives a spacious bright feeling. It seems the spirit and work pressure has been reduced.

OEC management implementation achievement is the result of the unified thinking and joint efforts. We all feel the joy of environmental change, but we should also recognize that there is still a lot of deficiencies. I believe that with the OEC management going further, together with the perseverance of National Prestige peole, the future of National Prestige will be even brighter (From Li Yanbo, Production Department).
